Mytoor, an award winning property inventory company are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic applicants to join our growing team as a freelance property inventory clerk.

Requirements:

Competent use of our software (training will be provided)
Taking clear photographs within the properties.
Taking meter readings / Listing keys for the property
Punctual and Reliable
Well presented and professional at all times
Collecting and returning keys to and from the client offices
Must have a PC/Laptop and Smartphone with a min. 10 megapixel camera

Ideal Candidate:

Punctual and Reliable
Excellent written and spoken English
Fully IT literate and confident
A very good eye for detail
Smartly dressed and professional appearance
Great communication skills

Working Hours:

This work involves flexible hours/days. You can choose your own working days, in some cases on short notice. You will receive a percentage commission from each report’s fee (averages £40 per booking) and will be able to work in a flexible fashion. Our best clerks are allocated between 2-3 bookings per day. This is a freelance self-employed position, therefore, you will be required to pay your own taxes.
