MSurveying played a crucial role in the conversion of a commercial property near a Crossrail station into residential units, transforming an existing retail unit into a one-bedroom flat and a house into a six-bedroom HMO with rear and loft conversions. From the early stages, we assisted the design team to optimise the HMO layout, ensuring effective space utilisation and regulatory compliance. We tendered for all contractors, ensuring top-quality selections, and managed building control and build warranty inspections to uphold high standards. MSurveying also prepared detailed work schedule reports for bank valuations and successfully secured the HMO license on behalf of the client, ensuring all regulatory requirements were met.
